The first Morning Note publishes Monday July 6. Every edition carries an as-of watermark, and it ships on time even when data is late — if something is missing, we say so in the note rather than hold it.
What each edition covers: the book (picks + yesterday scored) · overnight movers · alert hits (offerings, splits, halts) · story ticks · one ~80-word read of the tape.
